I can't resist sharing this:
At the office where I'm a pediatrician and an IBCLC, we routinely dictate
our patients' sick visits.  This afternoon the transcriptionist came up to
me and said "OK Gail, You've lost me on this one - what are "two-wheeler
breast sounds"?
After the laughter quieted down, I explained that I said "tubular breath
sounds".

I guess when you have an IBCLC in your office anything is possible (the
patient was a male teen).
