Do those of you who run rental stations out of your homes carry "extra" or
"different" homeowners insurance?
I have had a rental station for the past 8 years with few issues other than
collection related but am in the midst of a rather upsetting experience that
is causing me to wonder about liability . The situation involves my kitten,
which may or may not have scratched a baby's foot.......sounds bizarre, I
know and it is! In fact I have reason to believe that the mother is at
best exagerating the situation and at worst contriving the situation
entirely. This is particularly concerning as it causes me to wonder about her
motivation!
Has anyone had an experience that caused them to be concerned about
liability?
For those of you recent posters considering starting a pump rental station,
this is giving me serious pause to consider abandoning mine!
Add a little more stress to the pre Christmas overload!
