I need the group wisdom on this. Can a non-IBCLC perform a Lactation consult? Having a new team member who may not be getting her certification and we do not think she can do any of the consults that come to our office. 
    Rest of team feels and knows it is best practice for couplets but we have to prepare for the worst on this one. 
     Looking for research articles currently to support this.
