One of my future partners has a mom Dx with polycystic ovarian disease 2
years ago. She had a baby 4 years ago, and produced a normal milk supply
for 5 weeks at that time.

Baby is now >48 hrs...mom feels no sign of milk coming...baby latched well
and getting HUNGRY. No swallowing...no milk on pumping. (Not a drop)

I've read the archives, which are NOT encouraging. OB is okay with trying
Reglan. Has anyone seen anti-androgen meds used in a mom like this? Any
other suggestions? We have a pretty receptive OB, and mom wants to nurse
this baby.

Thanks-
