You can tell your client that your friend in Peoria has done bf support
groups for years, and she notices that the 'fat babies' stop gaining in
the 2nd year of life and get realllly tall.  I would ask her if there
are 'tall genes' in her family.  The only problem I have seen is that
these moms need a wheelbarrow to haul these kids around in :) 
I always suggest they let the baby carry them next time--
I've seen some really big babies!
I am also a nursing student, and if a mother offers solids before 6
months, our nursing diagnosis (according to the book) is supposed to be
"Risk of obesity"
