Quick google search found THanatophoric breast and led to a wealth of breast
cancer and dysplasia info. Didn't find the specific story you mentioned,
but might be in there.

Does anybody have any information or has heard about the phenomenon of
TANATOPHORIC BREAST? Supposedly the term means from Greek mammary gland
that loves death. If a child with serious genetic problems is born, his
mother's body secrets something in milk that puts the baby to sleep forever
(essentially kills the baby). I am not sure if this is an urban legend or a
credible term/ phenomenon. Any thoughts?
