Jack, in The Netherlands babies who are breastfed will receive a very small
daily oral dose of vit. K for weeks! (10 if I'm not mistaken, Renate do you know
exactly?) They chose the oral route to not bother the baby by having to give a
shot and they chose the daily admission, because it is thought that mothers will
less easy forget to give it to the baby.
And for the interpretation that bf is incomplete: they do not just suggest it,
they say it outloud! As with vit. D.
