To Diane--Simply put, no.  In my realm of experience, however (re: WIC)
lactose free formulas are provided, where lactase drops are not ( and are
very expensive to a low-inc mom) .  I don't think I have even seen any
recommended doses of drops:oz.BM.  I will make a call tomorrow to ask your
