My thoughts would be - prenatal hand expression possibly beginning at 38-39
weeks or at 39 wks. If her dates are accurate; of course save and have with
her for baby; I don't know if the prescriptions would help (I don't
recommend reglan, I haven't had practitioners that use domperidone) because
do we know if the prolactin levels are the problem? In addition to the
prenatal expression, I would of course agree with STS and unrestricted
access to breast, in addition hand expressing postpartally, often. I
believe ILCA that just passed had a session on prenatal expression, you may
be able to get a podcast?
