I recently spoke with a woman who weaned abruptly at 2 wks due to pain in
one nipple. She reported that "something would come out of her nipple"
and her doc said it must be a varicose vein. Have any of you ever heard
of such a thing happening? If you have, how exactly would that occur and
would it repeat with future babies? If not a v v, what could it be. She
said it was extremely painful and she could see it coming out of her
nipple. Sorry for the lack of further info.
