Deanne,
I'm willing to bet the hypoglycemia connection here has to do with
cold babies. Cold stress is a real problem for newborns, and even more
for the little ones who are at greater risk for hypoglycemia.
I don't have time to research this morning - but remember, you can
always easily go to Google Scholar, plug in your key words, and you
are off and running. Many times you get good abstracts, and it's not
unusual to get full articles.
