I spoke with a mom who will be going to China at the end of March to adopt an
infant & wants to get a pump next week to begin building a milk supply. She
is now 47 yrs, BF 1st child, and also BF twins for 3 yrs (they are now 7
yrs). She never used a pump, always hand expressed, if needed, and said she
always had a plentiful milk supply. She is wondering if her age may be a
factor in relactating? Anyone have experience with this? The infant she
adopts will be no less than 3 mos. She is coming in Wed, Feb 4, so please
email me privately, or post ASAP!
