How did you learn to breastfeed effectively?  I JUST DID IT

How did you learn to hand express?  I JUST DID IT

How did you learn to breastfeed lying down?  I FELL ASLEEP WHILE
BREASTFEEDING SITTING UP AND WOKE UP LYING DOWN  

LOL - It was so natural and I am way older than 28.  Lee
