I have to second that!  I wasn't even aware that there was a new pump out
there until I was asked to help a mom with her pump.  I went in totally
unprepared for that contraption!  Together we read through the instructions
and played with the thing, but in the end, it just didn't work.  We had
trouble getting any suction on the double pump setting.  It worked a bit
pumping one side at a time, but not well.  It was very awkward to position,
also.  My advice to her was to get her money back.  IMO, If it doesn't do
the job it was meant to do, then it must be defective.
