We have a baby feeding from a Haberman feeder - baby has an extensive
bilateral cleft of the hard and soft palate. Lots of trouble creating suction with
the Haberman, and infant is taking 25-50ml at a time. This feeding problem is
the only thing holding baby up from discharge.

What have all of you found to be successful other than the Haberman? I was
thinking of ordering a softfeeder from Medela, but I've never used it before.
Has anyone used this successfully?

Brenda Phipps, BS, IBCLC
