Oh no, best not to pull them!  They may be real first teeth.  I have a sweet 
little boy in my practice whose "neonatal" front teeth were pulled and never 
replaced until 2nd teeth came in at 8 years.  The only reason to pull would 
be if they are extremely loose. These still under gum shouldn't interfere 
with BF.  Pat
