 Dear Friends:
     Another perspective on the topic of complementary therapies as an adjunct to breastfeeding support is that as long as the mother is seeing a qualified professional, is having her baby monitored for growth, and is receiving support from a breastfeeding helper, there is NO evidence of harm from any complementary therapy.
     Whereas there is so much evidence about the harm that comes from artificial feeding. A personal peeve of mine is that folks get bent out of shape if the mother sees a CST-practitioner or certified herbalist, and these same folks don't think twice if baby is artificially-fed!
