I've loved the discussion on this topic.  So much insight, wisdom and
inspiration out there.  Thanks to everyone who contributed (are you listening
Linda Smith?).   Yes, this is a fascinating subject because how we give birth
IS important.

 And lest we forget: midwife means "with woman" and obstetrician means "stand
before".
