Well not necessarily. Baby's position in the lap could be such that he
wouldn't fall off easily, but instead, the mom's upper body, if she
falls asleep for a short period of time, could slightly bend forward,
possibly smooshing the breast against baby's face. Just guessing... A
sad case :(
