Is the tide turning???
Tonight on English television I've been treated to seeing a three year old
breastfeeding! The program was a 'fly on the wall' documentary about large
families (9 plus children). A three year old breastfeeding, no big deal I
guess. But when you see it this context as so normal, its a treat. Nobody
(mother or commentator) dwelled on it, they just went on with the program as
if breastfeeding a three year old is just part of the routine. Makes a
change from the array of bottles usually portrayed in the media!
