What a very uneconomic way of working. Why don't they include the resolutions into the existing text, so that there is one complete, up to date text to read instead of a whole pile of files and addenda. As it is now, each and everyone will have to do the research again and again. The way it is done now is not a way to give clarity and for many people way too much trouble to go through.

Ya know how some people rattle off that phrase "the Code and all
subsequent
World Health Assembly Resolutions?"  Well -- these are they.  These are
the
resolutions that have been adopted, since 1980, to clarify or update or
improve or correct the Code.

It is kind of a pain in the neck to have to read each and every screaming
WHA Resolution -- but a full understanding of the Code will require you to
start with the original document, and then move to the resolutions in
sequential order.  Fortunately, most of the resolutions are only a page or
two in length.
