I will be developing a Lactation Support Program for our NICU and would
appreciate any info, advice, guidelines,etc...I have read up on the
literature and am aware of the current research. I would like some practical
info regarding what handouts /pamphlets, videos,and other educational
material, along with assessment and documentation forms are the best. This
is an urban medical center that has a high % of uneducated clients and our
Level III NICU has ~40% rate of breastfeeding initiation. Thanks in advance,
I would appreciate any feedback.
