I really want to once again thank those who have helped me so graciously on this list. The mother with severe nipple vasospasm has been on nifidipene at 10 mg tid for 2 weeks now, and is 70% pain free. Yeehaw!  

Her husband, the pediatrician, is soooooo happy.  I think I've got him sold on the importance of lactation consultation!
