Linda it sounds like you need to arm yourself with the data and have these
guys give to scientific evidence to their statements.
Besides Tom Hale, check out the NRC web site.  If you want to go to the
Massachusetts Breastfeeding Coalition web site: http://www.massbfc.org/.  Under the
medication heading there is a link to the American College of Radiology and
more data to give them on safe time to interrupt breastfeeding.  You might also
try Ruth Lawrence's book and call her clinic.
I know the NRC web site was good and if you bring this to your Safety
Officer.  They do get impressed and like to deal with real numbers.
