Thank you all so much for your wise words of advice which I will heed. We only do 200 deliveries every year with a 50% breastfeeding rate ( terrible, I know)
  I have decided to refer calls to the main hospital every other weekend and only take pages after 7am and before 9pm.
  You were all great - thanks so much.
