We have had great results with the Blis product to contol excessive leaking.
 About 6 mothers in the past 3 months have used this product and love it.  We
have had no problems or complications and were careful to tell these moms if
they experienced anything unusual we wanted to know about it.  The product is
a small, smooth sheild with a concave nipple on the inside which exerts a
gentle pressure.   It comes with small, all- cotton pads which are placed on
the skin between the sheild and the nipple.   The sheild is soft and
flexible, smooth appearence on the outside and has air holes for circulation
of air.

It retails for about $24.00 which seems like alot but for the amount of
breasts pads they use and clothing they wash..it's worth it !
