I want to make it clear that I'm not attacking the author by what I said
(top), I don't know her so how can I. But what I was doing was hoping that
someone would shed some more light on how this sorry state of affairs came
to be. It's just that when you see AAP + book + Ross + MD + IBCLC +
breastfeeding your (or at least mine does) mind gets to wondering.  I'm glad
that you have done this Tina.
