Please forgive me for sounding so dumb, but I've been out of town and can
see only pieces of the thread on this topic. (Again, because people gave
multiple headings to one thread...one of my greatest frustrations!!!)

I want to know how to get the piece of documentation that says ICEA won't
violate the code, and then the exact title of the piece where they
allegedly did.
