while this is not, as far as i know, documented in the literature as of
yet, i had a mom who is on celexa and has been struggling with supply with
both her babies.  i emailed tom hale with virtually the same question you
ask above, and he emailed me back saying that although the research hasn't
been done, he has a sneaking suspicion that antidepressants may indeed have
a negative impact on milk supply (obviously not for all women).  i don't
know if dr. hale is on lactnet right now, and i hope it is ok that i have
passed on this info.  i found it very interesting.  i am not sure if paxil
is one of the suspected antidepressants, but he definitely didn't limit his
comment to celexa.  i hope this helps.
