I agree.

I do think the following quote from the Annals of Internal Medicine sums up
my opinion on this issue.  This is obviously geared for the physician and is
speaking in general about manufacturers but I think it is applicable to our
situation.  We cannot ignore breast pump companies, we need their information.
But we also have to be aware of the possibility of built-in bias.
