Hi Jackie:

This may sound like a weird question -- but does the mother describe the
origin of the "itchy" feeling as being external on the nipple or is it one of
those itches that feels like it is under the skin (she feels it on the
outside but the origin feels like it's coming from "inside")? Makes a
difference RT etiology.
