I can not find the list item that came in the box to tell you the true meaning of the car but i have mothers saying things like - "It's easier when traveling because there is nothing that you have to prepare", "less money spent on gas because of fewer trips to the doctors". "Don't have to drive in the middle of the night to get formula".

The apple - parents normal say something like "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" breastmilk is healthier and baby doesn't get sick as often. 

I really don't say much during this time unless i have to correct any misinformation. The parents pick the item and say what/how that item represents breastfeeding to them.
