With permission to share, I received this email:
"OK Im almost 26 weeks along and my breast feel so full that at times like in 
the shower I need to drain my breast. Is this safe. None of my other mom 
friends have said much about this. Some have even gone as far as telling me 
that this will put me into pre term labor. Whats your advice on this one?"

I have not had much experience with this, and am wondering what I canv tell 
this mom.  I already confirmed to her that breast stim can cause contractions 
but I am wondering if there is anything else I can tell her.
