If you go back to Hathor's website and click on "who is Hathor?" you will find out more in her blog.  Although not a lot.  I too am wondering, if there was some news story on it.

Today's Hathor the Cowgoddess tells about a family whose child was taken
into custody by CPS shortly after it was born, at home, and the home birth
was the reason.  When they got to court, the parents were given custody
again on the condition the baby not be breastfed.
If this is a real story, I hope there is more to it than this.  Does anyone
know anything about this?  Can CPS actually require parents to sign an
agreement not to breastfeed, and if so, under what circumstances?
