We had Molly Pessel here last fall and she paved the way for tub bathing
infants..we simply asked the peds if they minded...they said no
problem...all of them...sometimes all it a takes is asking.  A lot of times
it's the nurses who think the world will fall apart..Just ask and see what
happens...then do your research..aks them to find any studies that show tub
bathing before the umbilicus falls off is bad.
