Can MER be overly strong without concurrent oversupply? I'm trying to
understand this as mom I worked with has reduced her supply, baby happier,
but continues to experience very strong letdowns initially during feeds. Is
oxytocin more plentiful in some women? their response to it stronger? are
their myoepithelial cells possibly larger, more receptive to oxytocin?

Your input is appreciated. (Have read Lawrence re oxytocin but need to
re-read several times before I get it-physiology's not my strong point.)
