   my recollection is that the nipplet is not been approved for sale in the
u.s.....i believe that it is available in the u.k.(?).  article is McGeorge
DD. British Journal of Plastic Surgery vol 47 1994 pp 46-49.

    the device is available in the u.k....+/- 22.00 american.,
