In a discussion with a pediatrician, I asked if she has ever clipped a tight 
frenulum.  She said she does not because the frenulum will stretch. If a 5 day 
old baby is having difficulty latching, is it warranted to wait until the 
frenulum "stretches"?  I did refer to an ENT for consult. Thank you
