Hi ,

First I would seek for "what has changed those last few days", because
the presence of green stool is quite recent;
and that means: the way she has her breasts emptied;

does baby A suck both breasts, then the mom pumps (and does she pump
from both breasts too)?
Or has baby A one breast, then the mom pumps from the other?

Is one of the "means" (please forgive me for that word) of emptiying,
between baby and pump, that would be really more efficient?

Does she alternate her breasts: oh, Darling, yesterday you sucked on the
right side, so today you suck on the left and mommy will pump on the
right for your brother/sister.
Is there another way for her, to alternate breasts?

Has she changed the way to pump? Baby A becomes more efficient, because
he has started aging, maybe he sucks as much milk as 2 weeks ago but he
does more rapidly... and maybe the mom has reduced the time of pumping?
What about her production? I mean, would she belong to those who have
more than enough milk?)

In fact: has she done all the same from the beginning, or did she change
something just a few days ago; searching for lack of hindmilk is the
first reflexe ; that means emptying; also 1 or 2 breasts per baby,
alternating and so on;
If there was something else (vitamins, diet), to my mind, the other baby
would demonstrate a little of the same signs;

Breast regards,
