The DHA is from a microorganism that has never been part of the human 
food chain. This is a scary association, though of course correlation is 
not causation.
The FDA has a Medwatch program, and this should be reported to them. 
Anyone can make the report. If there are a significant number of 
reports, the problem can be investigated.
I'd want to make sure the baby is not hungry or in pain, and if the baby 
is still irritable, there could be a neurological disorder.
