I don't have time to look now, but to take to your neonatologist:

Go to www.ilca.org and open up the Power Point presentation for Clinical
Guidelines for the Establishment of Breastfeeding. It has full references
for all the guidelines, and one of the outcomes is good weight gain of 2/3
- 1 ounce per day.
