Ah, but wouldn't you have loved the opportunity to tell them so? I would
have loved to see their pump (I cannot afford to go out and buy every new
version to test and analyze) and tell them what I hear from my customers. I
did tell the Playtex reps why I didn't recommend their milk bags even though
lots of moms use them.........  and also what I didn't like about their
standard nipple.......
