One of the most difficult cases that I ever handled was

Judy, I have 3 daughters, all who have bubble/channel palates. I was
INCREDIBLY sore after the first 3 weeks even , of nursing them. I thought,
Heh, I should know how this is done, WHY does it hurt like this? I am also a
LLL Leader of long standing and IBCLC and RN. BUT, it did resolve. I had to
be exquisitely careful of positioning. Chele Marmet mentions these palates
in her information from the Lactation Institute.
