During my first pregnancy I was extremely nauseous and was drinking 1
liter/quart of milk per day. I had terrible leg pains at night, which I
later read (I believe it was in "What to Expect...") was connected to the
amount of phosphorous in whole milk. Needless to say, I'm no longer making
this mistake, and try to stick to yogurts and almonds during my
pregnancies, as well as leafy greens if I can get my hands on 'em (and if I
can stomach 'em).
Truth is I depend a lot on my vitamins because I can hardly eat.

(By the way, I weaned my daughter because I got to the point of "if she
nurses one more time I'm going to ^%&%%$!!!")

BTW how do you broach the subject of nursing a new baby to a recently
weaned toddler, because we're gonna have to break the news sooner or later.

Right now we're concentrating on making nice to mommy's tummy.
