Re: Fees--I am delighted at the response I've received to my request for
people to share their fee schedules.  What a generous group you are!  In
response to all of the requests, I do intend to formally summarize the
"results", but I'd love to have more data.  So far I have 30 responses from
5 countries--not bad in just a few days.  If you've been debating about
responding, please do--privately of course.  I promise that no one will ever
be revealed, but I do think much could be gained by this.  There is quite an
interesting bit of variation in the approaches and the amounts.
