I thought that the logo was going to be the insult of choice. The powdered
formula sample attached to the book? Now, that's a WHO code violation if
I've ever heard one.

Whomever at the AAP  has decided that this is ok should be ashamed of him
or herself for violating professional ethics. This is a travesty. I thought
that there was a credo that said "Physician, do no harm."

Perhaps, in select cases, it is interpretable as meaning do no harm to
one's professional association's financial statements/status?
