Just a thought, there has been A LOT of community acquired MRSA in 
United States in recent months.  Could this be a possibility in this 
case???  It appears from nationwide feedback, that the community 
acquired MRSA has been sensitive to bactrim and clindamycin pretty much 
universally in the US. 

Would be interested in update on this case when available!
