Don't give Disneyworld too much credit for having a baby station.  It
does push formula and it is the only one in the park.  A few years ago
employees of Disney would strongly ask women nursing in public to move
to the baby station.  Imagine carrying a crying hungry baby from the
back of the park in the heat of Florida all the way to the front of the
park to nurse out of the public's view!  I don't think they have diaper
changing tables in the men's room either. But we haven't been in the
last two years so I can't say for sure.
A lot of determined mothers got Disney to stop asking them to move out
of view.
