I remember when I worked in the L&D of a local hospital and overheard an RN
tell a new mom to "never under any circumstance let her baby use her as a
pacifier." In the same few minutes the nursery nurse informed me that giving
out free samples to moms had no bearing whatsoever on whether or not moms
continued breastfeeding. What planet am I on??
