When I was studying for the exam last year there was a "course" that was
free from, I believe, Case Western Reserve.  It wasn't tremedously
challenging, but it did have pre and post tests and was good practice
and review.  I can't remeber the site.  Does anyone else?  I also got
the Auerbach/Riordan study guide, plus a book that was a compilation of
pictures that helped prepare me for the photos section.  I'm sorry for
not having more specifics, but maybe someone else knows what I'm
refering to (the book is in my office at work and my computer is at
home).  Good luck.
